Satyam Chief Ramalinga Raju quit on Wednesdays, plunging the company into deep crisis. In his letter to the board Mr. Ramalinga Raju wrote that the financial wrong-doings of the company has compelled him to take this decision and that he feared a takeover. The failing of his last efforts to fill the “fictitious assets with real ones” through Maytas acquisition is also believed to be the reason behind his resignation. These al series of events has plunged Satyam computers into deep crises and who knows what’s next for the beleaguered IT giant.

In his letter to board Raju wrote that “It was like riding a tiger, not knowing how to get off without being eaten,” he also listed major financial transgression over the years to blow up the profits. In a sequence to Raju’s resignation the company is expected to face a face regulatory action in the US, for its listing in US stock markets, analysts said. Soon after the news was out of Raju resigning as the chairman of Satyam Computers, the companies share went down by 40 percent and plunged the company in deep crisis.
